Wake up by 8 Mondays/Wednesdays- Wake up by 10 all other days Whoa, whoa, whoa - this did not work at all…
Work out 3 days a week at gym- Run 2 days a week (treadmill or outside, weather permitting) REALLY need to work on this if I want to make it a regular part of my life; but, at least it’s getting easier!

That’s what my scale just told me - three times! And, I’m just like WHAT?! But, I’m so extremely excited!!!!! :D

20 minutes treadmill (12 minute mile FTW!) - Friday:

15 minutes yoga - Saturday:

So, I think I did pretty good this week! :) Next week, I’m going to shoot for only 2 rest days…
