It’s what my arms and legs feel like.
I shoveled snow for about 15-20 minutes, earlier today, and although that’s not very much time, it did wreak havoc on my shoulders and thighs! But, I decided to continue with my 30DS (in 60 days), anyway.
So… I just did the 30 Day Shred, Level 2, sans DVD (because it skipped)… I had to look the exercises up on Google; luckily, some girl had filmed herself doing the shred and I figured it out from there. I think I’m going to write the exercises down, so I don’t have to go through the pain of watching her again… JK - I’m not that awful - although, I am going to write them down! :P
And, now it’s time for a hot shower, some last-minute homework, and bed :)
and, probably more tumbling before bed, tbh.

So, Dareto posted this link that had a bunch of workouts on it. (Thanks!) I saw that it had Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Shred (30DS), and decided that I would try it because I have read raving reviews from the rest of you fitblrs!
After trying it, all I could think was: WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE?!??!?! You must have lungs of steel to do one of those workouts! (And, to those of you who do it every day: WTF?! Amazeballs!) But, seriously, all of you who can do these workouts all the way through and still love Jillian are my heroes! Seriously, though, I had to stop the video about every 10 minutes to catch my breath…
But, I guess it was a good workout… I feel that good-kind-of-sore that I haven’t felt in two weeks (because my gym membership was up, and I have no money to put towards renewing it; plus, I’ve been pretty lazy, and haven’t exercised much…)
I just need to keep up with working out with Jillian! (And I’ve got to stop yelling “DROP DEAD, BITCH!” at the computer screen whenever I’m tired of the workout!)
Jillian, you had better watch out - tomorrow, I’m going to kick your ass!
