        Work got in the way of gymming! :( But, it was a super busy day, so I was on my feet, running around the store for about 3 hours straight!

      So, I didn’t get all my gymming (I usually go 3 days, for at least 60 minutes) done last week, which I was really disappointed about, but I did make some money while getting in some light/medium cardio in on the day I missed it!

      I’m feeling pretty good about my first week back at the gym!

      I haven’t been ignoring you guys!

      I just took a break from my computer during Spring Break… I had things to do, people to see, etc… But, now I’m back! I’ll try to update more often, and not take week-long breaks from tumblring :] But, beware: it’s the beginning of a new term, and the first couple of weeks are going to be hell for me…

      Still, I shall try to update you guys on my eating/exercising habits as often as possible! Which means that I should tell you guys that Spring Break was not my best week… In fact, I didn’t do any workouts, although I got my exercise by running around and being stupid with my friends… Also, calorie-counting was a fail for the second half of the week (I just stopped counting on Wednesday…) :/ But, now, I have a PE class that I’m required to go to 3x per week, and we’ve got healthier choices of groceries at home, so I’m pretty sure that I’m going to do well this week! :]

      I hope I don’t bore you all to death :P

      Ummm…. This was my lazy week. Especially with finals and all… Although, I have been trying to garden and clean as much as possible, so some of that counts as exercise…

      Next week, I’m going to try to get into run/jog/walking and other fun stuff, though! :]

      Also, taking a week off from exercising might have shocked my body into losing weight again! (Or, at least it seemed like it did!)

      So, I felt like I totally killed it at the gym on Friday! I felt a lot stronger than I normally do, and so I raised the amount of weight for my arms 5 lbs (which makes it 35 lbs, which I know is teensy-weensy compared to some of you, but for me, it’s amazing!)  and it totally made me feel BA. :] Hoping to get some cardio days in during the end-part of next week (when I’m finally done with finals!) so that I can hopefully speed up my body transformation!

        So… My arms were (and still are) extremely sore from doing 3x10x40lbs bench presses on Wednesday, so I skipped Friday’s gym-time (bad Kelsey, bad, bad, bad…) And, now, I’m kind of pissed at myself for it. I need to figure out some way to motivate myself when I’m feeling sore/crappy/tired… Help me?
