Ummm…. This was my lazy week. Especially with finals and all… Although, I have been trying to garden and clean as much as possible, so some of that counts as exercise…
Next week, I’m going to try to get into run/jog/walking and other fun stuff, though! :]
Also, taking a week off from exercising might have shocked my body into losing weight again! (Or, at least it seemed like it did!)

So, I felt like I totally killed it at the gym on Friday! I felt a lot stronger than I normally do, and so I raised the amount of weight for my arms 5 lbs (which makes it 35 lbs, which I know is teensy-weensy compared to some of you, but for me, it’s amazing!) and it totally made me feel BA. :] Hoping to get some cardio days in during the end-part of next week (when I’m finally done with finals!) so that I can hopefully speed up my body transformation!

WHAT? I’m really hoping that this is because I’m gaining muscle… or close to shark week (which I’m not)… or something that can be explained…
EDIT: I usually don’t try to let things like a pound or two let me down, but I feel like I’ve been working my ass off, and I’m not getting any results… I know it takes time, it’s just starting to annoy me…

WIF - “What The FRACK?!” Edition Height: 5’5” Last Week’s Weight: 157.6 Total Weight Lost: 21.8 Okay, so I really don’t understand why I gained this week… I’ve been eating within my calorie limit (for the most part), and I have definitely been eating under my maintenance calories, plus I’ve been working out for longer periods of time. UGH. Dear Body, Please get it together by next week.

March Goals
- Lose approx. 4lbs (putting me under 154)
- Incorporate 30 minutes cardio into my no-gym days (at least once or twice per week)
- EAT MORE PROTEIN! (I want to figure out some way to get to 110g per day without going over my calories)
- Ride my bike! (this is a roll-over from last month, but I hope to do it at least once this month)
- Don’t spend my whole Spring Break at home (I’ve done that A LOT)
- Actually sell my textbooks before the new term
- Clean my room (this includes donating things!)
- Write more original posts for you guys (because, I have, unfortunately, been neglecting to tell you all what’s really going on in my life)
