Day 113

1569 calories in (yes, it’s a couple hundred over my limit, but I was fricken hungry, so I ATE! And, it was healthy food!), 501+ calories out! (Anyone know how to calculate how many calories you burn when weight lifting? If you do, please respond to this post, or in my ask!)
Also, for the next few days, I will be at the beach with my dad’s side of the family, so I have decided not to count calories because it will be too difficult to calculate all the homemade foods. But, I will make sure to watch what I am eating! I’m also going to take my running gear (shoes, iPod holder, exercise clothes) and see if anyone wants to go for runs/jogs with me. It will probably only end up being my cousin (she’s a dancer, and the fittest of all of us) and me, but I hope some others decide they want to go too! Okay, well if I want to go I’ve got to finish packing and get to sleep now!

Day 112

Hello, Weight Machines, you are now my new best friend :] I’m not sure why, but, even though it makes me more sore than Cardio, I feel so much better after using all the random weight machines that I use! Maybe, it’s because I’m not breathing as heavily, or the fact that I don’t have a bucket of sweat pouring out of my hairline, while I’m using the weights… Plus, the sore muscles make me feel like I’m making some progress in my fitness journey! Hmm… Well, anyway: 1463 calories in, and 367+ calories out!
